This relaxed class is being offered to individuals that would like to improve their range of motion, flexibility and overall balance that may have been decreased or limited due to strokes, injuries, surgeries or other “Life Stuff”. Some of the slow moving low impact movements of this class will look similar to those found in Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and other courses that promote mobility, as well as other health benefits.
REDUCE STRESS, IMPROVE BALANCE, STRENGTH, COORDINATION, & RANGE OF MOTION
There’s no special clothing or membership required to attend this class, yet dressing comfortable and wearing sneakers is recommended.
